Evans S14R50 is a 14" glass (cleared) snare resonant drum head formed using a single ply of 5mil film. Glass 500 snare side heads offer a dry, dark, throaty sound that is completely suited for deep drums, live, heavy rock performances. It is the 5mil head that gives great snare response at high-efficiency levels and also best suited for deep drums or heavy rock performances.
