Decorated with 8 of Zoom's high-quality mic pres and a complete complement of analog I/O plus MIDI connectivity, combines serious multitrack recording abilities and more to your studio setup. Also behind the scenes, Zoom's MixEfx software increases your recording power, with simple access to onboard effects and critical settings processing.

A collection of XLR/TRS combo jacks in the front allows you to hook up instruments, mics or line signals in seconds. This UAC-8 utilizes top-end Burr-Brown converters to obtain top-notch audio. A complete set of TRS jacks in the back allows you to hook up your studio processors and powered monitors and ADAT and S/PDIF digital I/O for developing your rig.

This UAC-8 not only records, but it also offers 4 times the upsampling of your signal during the digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital conversion. Therefore, when the sampling frequency is set to 44.1kHz, the UAC-2 is preparing the signal at 176.4kHz, which helps decrease aliasing noise and enhances clarity. Moreover, you can add effects like echo or reverb to give vocalists a more reliable monitoring experience. You will also be able to allow a loopback mode that lets you mix the input signals with playback from a computer source, primarily useful for live internet streaming.
