Star Mount System was acquired to improve the resonance of drums. This modern mounting system gives support at 4 points on the batter hoops of a drum. And its bracket eye-bolts slide to the left to right, so its chances to prevent the eye-bolts from meeting each other also when fixing up two toms close to each other.

Silverstar features a modern Sound Arc Hoops inspired by the so-called stick saver hoops that are used on selected vintage snare drums. The ends of the hoops bend inward to improve the natural tone of the drum and give increased precision, sensitivity, and control. The broad modification of drums sizes and kit arrangement, Silverstar drums offer an open-ended sonic palette that's ideally suited any genre.

Designed to produce the sound you need from fine vintage drums that comes with the properties you expect from TAMA all at a price that's well within reach. Features a low mass lugs are newly created to separate for the Silverstar series. By minimizing the surface area the lugs sit on the shell, an arrangement that does not hinder the shell resonance is obtained.

Additionally features claw hooks maintain the wood hoops on the bass drum and characterize built-in rubber lining the help keep wood and sustain tuning even during a long performance. The modern rubber spacers help to preserve the die-cast claw hooks and tension bolts from damage when the bass is positioned on the ground.

Moreover, the MTH905N Slidable double tom holder delivers it possible to more tom backward or forward up to 50mm to any position easily by loosening a square-headed bolt. All Silverstar tom-toms will adjust to shallower depths, delivering it easier to control overtone and producing a focused, punchier sound. Silverstar carefully picked birch material is used for the shells in the Silverstar series. Using the standard molding techniques used for our high-end drums, rich tone, a powerful sound, warm resonance normally only found with high-end drums are achieved.
