Laney GH50R 50W Guitar Amplifier Head delivers transparent, versatile traditional rock tones with the knack to combine in the dynamic trait of power amp distortion and pre-amp distortion. Its XLR-DI output allows the connection of amp to a backing device or PA system, even without micing. It is completely stable and features a level switch for -30db or +4db for running powered cabinets directly. Moreover, it also features a ground lift switch that provides the lowest noise performance. The XLR-DI out is posted in the output section of the amplifier.

Its dual channels produce the same tonal characteristic; however, it depends on the subtle difference that tone pursues. Adjusting each EQ control will shift the response of each control. The bass to deep extends the low-end frequency response giving fuller and heavier sounds for low notes. The Mid to Shift lowers the frequency range of mid control that gives tighter sound. And treble to shift enlarged the treble control frequency response giving rounder sound to higher notes even when used with thin-sounding pickups.
