You can utilize the built-in high-sensitivity microphone to identify the pitch of an acoustic instrument without lacking any other equipment. Also, you can use the individually sold CM-200 contact microphone to transmit the vibration of the instrument straight to the tuner, so that you can tune perfectly without worrying about other sounds in the environment. Moreover, output jack (bypass) has been combined, making it simple to check the tuning even while you perform. Pocket-sized CA-40 features an elegant design with a stand on the back that allows you to place the tuner on any surface.

The Calibration function allows you arrange the pitch in 1 Hz steps over a range of 410~480 Hz to support a variety of concert pitches, giving you the versatility to tune accurately to any song or key. There’s more a memory backup function that protects the Calibration setting and Sound Out settings also when you turn off the power. The Tuner is intended for long battery life, and allots approximately 85 hours of continuous use. The Auto Power Off function automatically redirects the power off after the unit has been left on for 20 minutes, preventing the batteries from operating down needlessly.
