Gibson IM57B-ZB Burstbucker Type 2 Guitar Pickup gives all the vintage vibe of the legendary patent applied for (PAF) humbuckers, famously known from the 1959 Les Paul Standard. The BurstBucker series pickups represent Gibson's drive to recapture the charm of the original Patent Applied For humbuckers. Originally begun in the early 1990s, the Gibson BurstBucker Types 1, 2, and 3 strongly captured the exact variations of true, classic humbucker tone with historically unmatched bobbin windings and Alnico II magnets. They create an airy, full tone, and when overdriven they produce a magical distortion with the slightly improved highs that made the originals famous.  Gibson BurstBucker Type 2 features medium output and is ideal for both positions. No wax potted, and all feature vintage braided two-conductor wiring. Burstbucker Type 2 Guitar Pickup has black / cream zebra bobbins and no cover.
