Epiphone EGGVWBCH1 is a solid tone-rich mahogany carved body that provides the guitar balanced tones feel on stage and in the studio. Epiphone Worn G 400 has a rosewood fingerboard with a 1.68-inch nut and Trapezoid Position Markers. The Epiphone EGGVWBCH1 highlights the LockTone Bridge and stop bar tailpiece that allows sustaining of strings along with Grover 14:1 tuner. The neck is constructed of mahogany material and consists of a glued-in joint and 22 frets.

EGGVWBCH1 features all-metal hardware that includes full-function volume and tone regulators using full-size 500K O potentiometers and it is linked with sturdy all-metal 3-way toggle pickup selector switch for long practices and rehearsals. Epiphone G 400 has high output Alnico Classic (neck) and Alnico Classic Plus (bridge) humbuckers. It has a SlimTaper D profile mahogany neck has a 24.75-inch scale and a 12-inch radius.
